What are the check-in and check-out times?
Each owner sets their own check-in and check-out times. Please contact the owner you booked with for exact details and to arrange any special requests.
How do I get keys or access instructions?
Before you arrive, contact the owner directly. They will provide key pickup details or entry instructions. The Ocean Terrace Club office does not manage renter access.
Where can I park?
Most units have an assigned parking space, and visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your owner will let you know where to park and provide any required passes.
Can we use the amenities like the pool and tennis courts?
Yes. Guests staying with us are welcome to enjoy our amenities. The pool and tennis courts are open until 10 PM. The pool gate is locked for security—please contact your owner about getting a pool gate key.
Is there on-site laundry?
Yes! Each floor has a washer and dryer. They operate with a prepaid laundry card, which you can purchase and refill on the 1st floor for $5. A wash cycle is $1.25 and drying is $1.00. Be sure to have your card handy before starting your wash!
How do I dispose of trash?
There’s a trash chute on every floor. Please bag all trash to prevent smells and spills, and avoid putting oversized items down the chute to prevent blockages. If you have large items, check the posted guidelines or contact your owner for proper disposal instructions.
How do I request maintenance during my stay?
If something needs attention, contact the owner of the unit. They’ll handle scheduling repairs or help you with next steps.
Can I extend my stay or rebook for a future date?
Contact the owner who you originally booked with. They can let you know about availability, rates, or any discounts.

Enjoy beautiful beaches, local parks, and nearby attractions like the Daytona International Speedway. Many guests also love taking day trips to Orlando’s theme parks.
