Ocean Terrace Club is our very own special Daytona Beach Shores gem!   Whether you are enjoying the surf and sand, easily accessed with a beach ramp just across the street, or sunning by the pool, OTC is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine!  Residents and guests enjoy the many benefits found in & around our community and at our beautiful property. We have an active set of owners who are very engaged and take considerable pride in maintaining their ocean-view paradise.  It is a diverse, interactive, and friendly community of all ages.

Ocean Terrace Club is a beautiful 7 story building located in world famous Daytona Beach Shores.  For years, residents have enjoyed the amazing views of sparkling sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean to the east and magical sunsets over the Halifax River to the west.  The property features a beautiful pool, tennis & pickleball courts, a community room and private balconies, all of which are only a few steps away from the beach. The building has a total of 55, two bedroom units with laundry available on each floor.

Residents and their visitors can enjoy the many year-round Daytona Beach attractions, as well as other famous Florida attractions nearby. We are glad you are here, & hope you enjoy your OTC experience!
